| Event Experts, Inc carries four screen sizes with various display ratios to fit your event:
(1.85:1) 10.5' X 14' and (2:1) 12' X 24' aluminum frame construction
(4:3) 15' X 20' Inflatable (20' X 20' footprint)
Our Largest! 3 stories tall...(2:1) 20' X 40' Inflatable (50' X 30' footprint)

| What happens if rain is anticipated for your scheduled event? |
| Upon planning your event,Event Experts, Inc will work with your organization to schedule a rain day.

| How safe and stable are your screens? |
| Our Largest and safest screen 20' X 40' is capable of withstanding up to 5 Beauforts (24mph "the point when trees begin to sway vigorously") Our smaller screens are capable of withstanding light to moderate winds. All screens are fixed to the ground using either water ballasts or ground augers.Event Experts. will maintain a "No Go Zone" around or equipment to prevent any problems.

| What type of media can you display on your screens? |
| Almost any type of media either in digital or non-digital format may be displayed on our screens.

| How much does an event cost to produce? |
| Each event is custom priced based on several variables: The size of your audience, the type of media presented, and the location of your event. Event Experts, Inc is committed to providing the highest quality performance at competitive prices.

| How far will you travel? |
| Although we are based near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Event Experts, Inc will travel almost anywhere.

| What is the setup/breakdown time for each event? |
| It takes approximately 3 hours to set up and 2 hours to breakdown.
|
| What are your requirements for power? |
Event Experts. Equipment requires (3) 20 amp circuits. However, in the event power is unavailable, we also can provide a quiet generator for a minor additional cost.

| How can you show a movie in public legally? |
Event Experts. will assist you in obtaining all licenses required to legally host your movies.
